❤️2 bergamot slices, peeled (optional)

❤️A small bundle of mint
❤️Honey to taste
❤️Star anise & rosemary for garnishing

🍯 Cranberry variant
❤️300 g frozen cranberries
❤️2 oranges, peeled
❤️2 lemon slices, peeled
❤️2 bergamot slices, peeled (optional)
❤️4–5 ginger slices
❤️A small bundle of mint
❤️½–1 tsp cinnamon
❤️Honey to taste
❤️Rosemary for garnishing

🫚 Preparation
1️⃣ Add all ingredients to a blender and puree finely.
2️⃣ Pour into an ice cube mold and freeze.
3️⃣ If necessary, simply pour in your favorite black or green tea and enjoy! 🤎🍵

🍞 Half-Burgers for Dinner

🗒 Ingredients:
‣ White bread – 6 slices
‣ Tomato sauce or ketchup – 100 g
‣ Ground meat – 1 kg
‣ Salt – 1 tbsp
‣ Black pepper – ½ tsp
‣ Dried garlic – 1 tsp
‣ Tomato – 1 piece
‣ Mozzarella cheese – 200 g

🍽 Instructions:
1. Spread tomato sauce on the slices of bread.
2. Add salt, dried garlic, and pepper to the ground meat. Mix well.
3. Divide the meat into 6 portions and form patties.
4. Place the patties on the bread.
5. Top with tomato slices and grated mozzarella.
6. Bake in the oven at 190°C (375°F) for about 40 minutes.

👩🏼‍🍳 Ingredients:

4 eggs
400g flour
100ml sparkling mineral water
400ml milk
1 packet of vanilla sugar
200g sugar
1 apple
1 pinch of salt
Oil for frying

👩🏼‍🍳 Preparation:

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until they form a foam. Add the egg yolk and all other ingredients except the apple to a bowl and mix with a mixer, then fold in the egg whites.

Peel the apple, cut it into small slices, and add it to the batter. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the batter in portions on both sides until the pancakes are golden brown.

Of course, the apple can also be omitted.

• 600 g chicken breast
• 2 zucchinis
• 4 tbsp soy sauce
• Chicken seasoning
• Salt
• Sauce (of your choice)

Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breast into pieces and marinate with soy sauce, spices, and salt.
2. Slice the zucchini into thin strips using a vegetable peeler. Salt both sides and let sit for 15 minutes. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.
3. Thread the marinated chicken and zucchini alternately onto skewers. Brush with sauce on top.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.

Ingredients:
• 100 g savoiardi biscuits
• 1 heaping tsp powdered sugar
• 2 tsp mascarpone or cream cheese
• 70 ml coffee
• Cocoa powder

Crush the savoiardi into fine crumbs. Add the powdered sugar, cheese, and coffee. If you have rum or amaretto flavoring, you can add that too—it makes it even tastier! Mix everything until smooth. Shape the mixture into small balls with your hands. It’s best to wear gloves, but I didn’t have any 🤷🏼‍♀️. Roll each ball in cocoa powder and let them chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set.
