Sweet and Sour Chicken 🍍🍗 — Easy Fakeaway Recipe! 😍

Ingredients:

* 2 peppers (chopped)
* 2 small onions (sliced)
* pinch of salt 🧂
* pinch of pepper
* ½ tsp Chinese 5 spice
* 1 tsp minced garlic 🧄
* 4 tbsp ketchup 🍅
* 4 tbsp soy sauce
* 3 tsp brown sugar
* 50 ml water
* 100 ml pineapple juice 🍍
* pineapple chunks
* 1 tsp flour

Method:

1. Cook your chicken in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 180°C until golden. 🍗
2. In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions, peppers, and garlic until soft.
3. Add Chinese 5 spice, ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and pineapple juice. Stir well. 🍯
4. Mix flour with a little water to thicken the sauce, then add pineapple chunks.
5. Combine with your crispy chicken and toss until coated in that glossy sweet & sour sauce. 😋

Perfect with rice or noodles! 🍚🥢
