However, it raises a pertinent question: how are properties claimed by institutions such as the Waqf Board, based on records from only the last 2000 years or less, accepted with relatively less scrutiny? Shouldn't there be a consistent standard of evidence applied across all communities and institutions to ensure justice and transparency?
