आयोग में अभ्यर्थियों की समस्याओं और पूछताछ के लिए अलग से डेस्क बनाई गई है।

लेकिन आयोग के अधिकारियों द्वारा यह बताया गया कि एक व्यक्ति केवल 2–3 प्रश्न ही पूछ सकता है, उससे अधिक प्रश्न पूछने की अनुमति नहीं है।

आयोग से मिली प्रमुख जानकारी
1️⃣ जाति प्रमाण पत्र (Caste Certificate)
आयोग के अनुसार जाति प्रमाण पत्र फॉर्म की अंतिम तिथि 31 मई 2024 से पहले का बना हुआ होना चाहिए।

2️⃣ निवास प्रमाण पत्र (Domicile)
निवास प्रमाण पत्र कभी का भी लगाया जा सकता है — नया हो या पुराना, दोनों मान्य हैं।

3️⃣ Issue Date से संबंधित जानकारी

Basic Details में मार्कशीट की Issue Date भरनी है।

Essential Details में डिग्री की Issue Date भरनी है।

यदि डिग्री की Issue Date 31 मई 2024 के बाद की भी है, तो इससे कोई समस्या नहीं होगी।

इससे अधिक प्रश्नों का उत्तर आयोग द्वारा नहीं दिया गया। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि जिस अभ्यर्थी को जो भी डाउट हो, वह स्वयं आयोग आकर पूछ सकता है।

क्या मार्कशीट और डिग्री की डिटेल्स DV फॉर्म में भरनी है?

✅ उत्तर:

Basic Details में मार्कशीट की डिटेल्स भरनी है।

Essential Documents में डिग्री की डिटेल्स अपडेट करनी है।

🔹 प्रश्न 2:
अगर फॉर्म में पहले गलती हो गई थी तो क्या करें? क्या एफिडेविट बनवाना होगा?

✅ उत्तर:
अगर फॉर्म या डॉक्यूमेंट में गलती हो गई थी तो एफिडेविट (शपथ पत्र) बनवा लें।
DV फॉर्म में अब सभी जानकारी सही-सही अपडेट कर दें।

🔹 प्रश्न 3:
क्या सभी सेमेस्टर/ईयर की मार्कशीट अपलोड करनी होगी?

✅ उत्तर:
हाँ, DV के नियम के अनुसार सभी Semester/Year की मार्कशीट अपलोड करना अनिवार्य है।

🔹 प्रश्न 4:
अभी DV करा लें या थोड़ा इंतजार करें?

✅ उत्तर:
सभी साथी 10 मार्च तक डॉक्यूमेंट तैयार करके DV फॉर्म जरूर भर दें।
क्योंकि बाद में भीड़ बढ़ने पर सर्वर डाउन होने की समस्या हो सकती है।

🔹 प्रश्न 5:
क्या नया जाति प्रमाण पत्र और डोमिसाइल लगा सकते हैं? क्या सेंट्रल का जाति प्रमाण पत्र मान्य होगा?

✅ उत्तर:
❌ सेंट्रल का जाति प्रमाण पत्र मान्य नहीं होगा।

✔ अगर आपके पास फॉर्म भरते समय या उससे पहले का जाति प्रमाण पत्र और डोमिसाइल है तो वही लगाइए।

✔ अन्यथा नया बनवाकर भी लगा सकते हैं।

🔹 प्रश्न 6:
क्या एफिडेविट लगाने से कोई दिक्कत होगी?

✅ उत्तर:
नहीं, कोई दिक्कत नहीं होगी।

बल्कि अगर कोई त्रुटि हुई है तो शपथ पत्र के माध्यम से आयोग को स्पष्ट जानकारी देना बेहतर होता है।

यदि भविष्य में DV में कोई समस्या आती है तो एफिडेविट के आधार पर कोर्ट में यह साबित किया जा सकता है कि आपने कोई तथ्य नहीं छुपाया था।

⚠ महत्वपूर्ण सलाह:
👉 सभी साथी घबराएं नहीं और जल्दबाजी न करें।
👉 हर डॉक्यूमेंट ध्यान से जांच कर ही DV फॉर्म सबमिट करें।

🔆 Rice Fortification under PMGKAY – Temporarily Discontinued (28 Feb 2026)

📍 Why in News?
✅ Government temporarily stopped rice fortification under PMGKAY.
✅ Study by Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur found that prolonged storage reduces the effective shelf life of fortified rice.
➡ Factors affecting stability of Fortified Rice Kernels (FRK):
• Moisture content
• Temperature & relative humidity
• Storage conditions
• Packaging material

🔆 About Food Fortification

📍 Definition
✅ Deliberate addition of micronutrients (vitamins & minerals) to improve nutritional quality of food.

📍 Regulation & Initiatives
✅ Governed by Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) – Food Safety and Standards (Fortification of Foods) Regulations, 2018.
✅ Implemented through Food Safety Net Programmes including:
• PMGKAY
• PM-POSHAN Scheme

📍 Fortified Foods in India
• Rice & Wheat Flour → Iron, Vitamin B12, Folic Acid
• Milk & Edible Oil → Vitamins A & D
• Double Fortified Salt → Iodine + Iron

📍 Policy Context
✅ By March 2024, all custom-milled rice under PMGKAY and safety net programmes was replaced with Fortified Rice (FR) (planned till 2028).

📍 Significance of Fortification

✅ Public Health
• Tackles micronutrient deficiencies:
– Iron → Anaemia
– Vitamin A → Night Blindness
– Iodine → Goitre
– Folic Acid → Birth defects

✅ Economic Benefit
• As per Copenhagen Consensus, ₹1 spent on fortification yields ~₹9 in economic returns.
