Personal Assistant to the CEO

About the Company
We are a growing company currently undergoing restructuring and expansion. We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to the CEO with HR and/or legal exposure to support business operations, stakeholder coordination, and strategic execution.
*Role Overview*
The Personal Assistant will act as the CEO’s right hand, providing high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support. This is a mid-level role requiring sound judgment, discretion, and prior experience supporting senior leadership. Practical experience in HR administration and/or legal processes within fast-paced environments is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and track follow-up actions from meetings.
Support HR administration, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, staff records, and training logistics.
Assist with basic legal and compliance documentation, contract tracking, and policy follow-ups.
Support procurement processes, inventory tracking, and operational documentation.
Assist with client communications, proposals, and contract follow-ups.
Track project timelines, KPIs, and operational deliverables.
Support expense tracking, petty cash management, and internal controls.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
5–10 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, with direct support to senior leadership.
Hands-on experience in HR administration and/or legal support is required.
Experience working in structured, operations-driven, or growing organizations is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business communication tools.
