Il cantante, che era in compagnia di un amico di 19 anni, tunisino, con precedenti per droga durante un controllo in via Gignese, nel quartiere San Siro, ha insultato e cercato di colpire gli agenti ed è quindi stato denunciato per resistenza a pubblico ufficiale.
